Organize your events in the SPACE rooms. As long as they are open to our community, we are happy to host them free of charge. For closed events, we offer flexible rental options.
SPACE is an innovation space where we bring together companies and creative minds from the media and digital economy. We are not a classic coworking space, but a place where solutions are developed together, knowledge is shared and partnerships are promoted. In this way, we establish a new, unique culture of learning and collaboration. Our professional and neutral environment creates the ideal basis for exchange and experimentation.
To support this exchange, we offer the opportunity to organize content and technology events at our premises. We look forward to exciting events from the media and digital industry and to setting new impulses together!

- Who can organize events for you?
Companies and individuals from the media and digital economy who would like to organize events in the areas of media, content and technology are very welcome at SPACE. From barcamps and talks to networking events, conferences and similar formats - we look forward to receiving your inquiries.
- Which rooms are available for events?
We offer two rooms for external guests:
- Present SPACE: The Present SPACE has seating for 60 people, a large screen and a sound system.
- Play SPACE: A workshop room for up to 12 people, equipped with whiteboards, workshop material and a screen.
- Do you also offer catering?
We do not offer our own catering, but you can use the existing kitchen and fridges on site for your own food and drinks. It is also possible to book external catering services.
- What does it cost to use the room?
As long as the events revolve around media and digital industry topics and are open to our community, we are happy to host them free of charge. For closed events, we offer flexible rental options on request.
- Is there an event manager on site?
We are not a classic event location and therefore do not offer full-service support on site. The set-up and dismantling as well as the entire event management on site must be carried out independently. However, we are happy to answer any questions you may have.
- Can events also take place outside opening hours?
Yes, this is possible by arrangement, even on weekends.
