The new nextMedia advisory board

Pinterest, fischerAppelt, TikTok and dpa join Hamburg innovation board

The innovation and business development organization nextMedia.Hamburg has a new advisory board: until 2026, 20 top-class companies from the international media and digital industry will advise nextMedia on the design of their offerings and participate in the further development of the location.

Hamburg, February 27, 2025. nextMedia.Hamburg, as part of Hamburg Kreativ Gesellschaft, is working to continuously improve the framework conditions for the media and digital industry. The goal: to strengthen the competitiveness and innovative power of the industry and make Hamburg the most attractive media and digital location in Germany.

Since 2021, it has been getting support from the business community: the nextMedia Advisory Board, a 30-strong committee made up of business leaders, which advises nextMedia.Hamburg on the design of its services and the further development of the location. The advisory board members also benefit from exclusive exchange formats and communication measures.

The company representatives will meet for the first time on March 5 as part of the German Creative Economy Summit 2025 at Kampnagel. An overview of all advisory board members is now available on the nextMedia.Hamburg website: nextmedia-hamburg.de

To be eligible for the advisory board, companies must be active in the media and digital industry and have a branch in Hamburg. Each company can delegate a maximum of two people to the advisory board. The term of membership on the advisory board is two years.
