Marie Kilg

Marie Kilg is a journalist, product manager and media consultant. She has developed bots for media companies and universities, helped create the German personality for Amazon's Alexa and co-founded the Turing Agency, an "artistic agency for human-machine fuzziness" that promotes AI discussions in society. As Chief AI Officer at Deutsche Welle, Marie coordinates innovation projects for international journalism. She trained her first neural network in 2017 and brought the first non-human newspaper columnist to a print newspaper in 2022. She spends her free time reading, listening to live music and practicing kung fu.
