Kenza Ait Si Abbou Lyadini is an award-winning expert and consultant for artificial intelligence. She comes from Morocco, studied electrical engineering in Spain and industrial engineering in Berlin. After holding various positions in Germany, Spain and China and her last position as Chief Technology Officer at Fiege, she is now the founder and Managing Director of the AI consultancy Scailers.
In 2020, Capital magazine voted her one of Germany's "young elite" (top 40 under 40). Her Spiegel bestseller "Keine Panik, ist nur Technik" (Gräfe und Unzer Verlag) was published in August 2020, her children's book "Meine Freundin Roxy: Roboterzähmen leicht gemacht" (Tulipan Verlag) in 2022 and her book "Menschenversteher" (Droemer Verlag) in March 2023. The latter was nominated for the German Business Book Prize.
In her talks, she combines technical expertise with her motivating manner and explains in a practical way why digital transformation not only means technological change, but also requires cultural change. She talks about the importance of data as the basis for AI-supported decisions, the challenges of implementing new technologies and the human factor in transformation processes.
