The starting point was the question of how the company's own archive can be used more intelligently for media customers and, above all, how to offer a service that creates real added value for its users. What began as a prototype of an AI research assistant to improve journalistic work quickly became a strategic project with the aim of understanding individual customer needs even better and developing data-based services from this in the future.
