Clarity for product people
Clarity is one of the superpowers of successful product people. This masterclass is about why this is the case and how we can create clarity for ourselves and our environment at different levels. Among other things, we will shed light on how we give others clear direction, how we create situational clarity, how we clarify roles in collaboration and how we communicate clearly in all of this. We will try out some of the impulses in the masterclass - others can be implemented the next working day. All festival ticket holders can register for the masterclasses from the end of May. Places are limited and will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis.
