As a consultant, coach and interim manager, he supports companies with product leadership challenges such as product strategy and organizational development. Together with his partners at Hey Clarity, he supports companies in their transformation from a project-oriented to a product-oriented way of working. Previously, he worked as a manager for over 25 years, including as VP Product at XING and as CPO at Facelift.
