Challenge Day Organizational Development

On November 12, the Challenge Day on the topic of organizational development will enter the next round!

So far, the Challenge Days have always been about individual cases - this time we're turning things around! We'll take an overview and build a zoo of (your/our) challenges. Then we'll do a round together - come along on an exploration tour: Where are the similarities - what's spectacular and what's exotic? What kind of picture emerges? Do we see the Big 5? Where are we and how can the journey continue? This time, Katerina Gross and Oliver Cleppien from our partner company NDR will take over the moderation and guide you through the morning.

Afterwards, we invite you to SPACE DAY, where we open our doors to the entire industry. You are welcome to stay - to make new contacts, for relaxed networking or to continue working in SPACE. Snacks, drinks and a good atmosphere will of course be provided.
