In a nutshell: You will support our program managers in the planning and implementation of the innovation and start-up funding programs, primarily the Media Lift incubator, workspace funding and the Prototyping Lab.
You are involved in both the content and organization of the program planning (e.g. contacting and briefing coaches) and have the opportunity to actively contribute your own ideas.
You will be involved in the implementation of the programs and provide support at kick-offs, workshops and closing events (e.g. workshop support, participant management or catering arrangements).
In close cooperation with the program managers, you will coordinate communication with various target groups (e.g. partner universities, jurors, mentors, program participants).
You accompany the application processes for the programs and the subsequent contract preparation for the participants.
You support the final evaluation of the programs.
You are at an advanced stage of your Bachelor's or Master's degree, ideally in the fields of economics, media management or communication sciences.
You are enthusiastic about organizing events and accompanying workshops.
You have a keen interest in start-up and innovation topics and their methodologies.
You are characterized by reliability and a careful way of working.
You work independently, think for yourself and get actively involved.
Your strong communication skills will help you in dealing with different contacts.
An affinity for the media and digital economy and its current topics rounds off your profile.
